- Synacthen® Injection, solution, 250 micrograms in 1mL (30 minute diagnostic test)
- Synacthen Depot® Injection, suspension, 1mg in 1mL (5 hour diagnostic test)
6.7.2 Assessment of pituitary function
Gonadorelin
(Gonadotrophin-releasing hormone; GnRH; LH-RH)
For assessment of pituitary function
- Injection 100 microgram vial with diluent
Protirelin
- Injection 100 microgram/mL
6.7.3 Gonadatrophin replacement therapy
Chorionic gonadotrophin (HCG)
- Pregnyl® Injection with solvent 1500 units, 5000 units
6.7.4 Growth hormone disorders
Somatropin (synthetic Human Growth Hormone) Amber 3
- Genotropin® Injection & Prefilled pens 5.3mg (16 units), 12mg (36 units)

- Use as per NICE TA188: Human growth hormone (somatropin) for the treatment of growth failure in children (May 2010)
- Use as per NICE TA64: Human growth hormone (somatropin) in adults with growth hormone deficiency (August 2003)
Pegvisomant (Growth hormone receptor antagonist)
- Injection 10mg, 15mg, 20mg, 25mg, 30mg
