Respiratory stimulants

Doxapram

  • Injection 20mg/mL (100mg in 5mL amp)
  • Infusion 2mg/mL in 5% glucose (1g in 500mL)

 

Mannitol Inhalation Capsules (Osmohale®)

  • Inhalation capsules 0mg, 5mg, 10mg, 20mg, 40mg

Note: 

  • This medicinal product is for diagnostic use only. For identifying bronchial hyperresponsiveness in subjects with a baseline FEV1 of 70% or more of the predicted value.

 

 

 

Pulmonary surfactants

Beractant (Survanta®)

  • Suspension, beractant (bovine lung extract) providing phospholipid 25mg/mL, with lipids and proteins, 8-mL vial = 200mg 

Poractant alfa (Curosurf®)

  • Suspension, poractant alfa (porcine lung phospholipid fraction) 80mg/mL, 1.5-mL vial = 120mg; 3-mL vial = 240mg

 

  

 

Neonatal Apnoea 

Xanthines 

Caffeine citrate   

  • Oral solution 10mg/mL
  • Solution for Injection 10mg/mL
  • Solution for infusion 20mg/mL (Peyona®)
